Booking
You can book sessions straight through the booking system on our website! Bookings start four weeks in advance and while you can book closer to the date, we recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure that you have the session time you want.

Payment
Bookings are paid in full at the time of the booking. All sales are final. All transactions made by Credit Card are subject to ID verification. We reserve the right to take a photograph of the ID for internal verification purposes only. ID must be government-issued and match the name on the card used.

Walk-Ins
While we do accept walk-ins, we strongly suggest that you book your time-slot ahead of time. If a session is fully booked, you may be denied entry.

Age Restrictions
The Jungle Gym and Toddler Zone, including the Soft Play area, are for ages 2-7 with a height limit of 48 inches and under. The rest of the Adventure Park is suitable for ages 5 and up! The minimum height limit for the Sky Trail (Ropes Course) and Sky Rail (Zip Line) is 48 inches or 42 inches when accompanied by an adult.

Dress Policy
Please wear sensible shoes to protect your feet. We ask that you wear close toed shoes or sneakers.

When To Arrive
Please arrive 30 minutes before your booking to make time for instructions and set-up!

There is street parking only.

Food, Drinks & Alcohol
No outside food or drinks are allowed, but we do serve some food. Check out our menu here.

Lockers
We offer locker rentals at no additional cost to you. Just bring your own lock, and store your stuff! If you don’t have your own lock, you can purchase one from us!

Skates
We offer skate rental for a small fee of $8 dollars. You can also bring your own skates if you would prefer, for no additional cost!

Weight Limit
The maximum weight capacity to make the most out of our adventure park activities is 300 lbs. By exceeding this limit individuals will not be able to enjoy the entire park.

Add/Drop Players
There is no minimum for public sessions, so don’t worry!
If you wish to add players to your booking we are more than happy to do so as long as there is availability. You can manage your booking online, reach out to us by phone, email, or in person at the facility.

Cleanup
While we clean up the main playing areas, you are responsible for cleaning up any food or drink you bring into the seating area when you are done. Any leftover messes may be subjected to a cleaning fee. Any decorations that can cause a mess, smoke, smell, or permanent damage are not allowed in the party rooms and penalty fees may apply.

Rescheduling
If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we don’t guarantee availability or accommodation. Late rescheduling may incur additional charges.

Facility Buyout
Contact us at groups@area53nyc.com or by phone and we can let you know the exact prices for renting out the entire space for your event. This is the only way to get the entire space to yourself.
